OFFERING: $ 5,618.27 NEEDED PER SUNDAY: $ 4,804.63
1. Radio Broadcast: The broadcast is dedicated to the glory of God.
2. Lutheran Hour: The Lutheran Hour can be heard on radio stations KJLY, Blue Earth, 104.5 FM, Sunday, 6:00 PM and KDHL, Faribault, 920 AM, Sunday, 6:00 PM.
3. Preparing for Holy Communion: It is good and right to always be prepared to receive Holy Communion. To do this, please allow a moment before the singing of the communion hymns while the organist plays a musical arrangement to pray. Prayers are located in the front cover and back cover of your hymnal for such purposes. We are now offering both individual cup and the common cup on both sides. Because of this it will not be necessary for people to have to cross over. Everything else will stay the same.
4. Sunday School: Today in Sunday School, we study “Jesus Reinstates Peter.” We are all like Peter in our words and actions, denying our Lord and weeping bitterly over what we have done. We are in need of the same comfort that Peter received—the comfort of sins forgiven and the assurance that even though we are faithless, Jesus will remain faithful. You might discuss, “How did Peter express his sorrow and repentance? What specific directions did Jesus give to Peter?”
5. Quarterly Voters Meeting: The Quarterly Voters Meeting will meet Sunday, April 22nd following the Divine Worship Service. The only item on the agenda would be Board Reports.
6. The Special Voters Call Meeting: The following list are the names of the candidates for the next pastor here at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Rev. Scott S. Hirssig, Rev. Gary H. Klatt, Rev. Daniel B. Quinn, Rev. Dean F. Rothchild
The special voters call meeting will be Sunday, April 22 beginning at 1:00 p.m. At this meeting we will be voting for our next pastor.
